Recipe development is well under way

While the new unit has been a work in progress, we have used the time to add to our portfolio of menus. Everyone loves a dessert! Sarah has been drinking gin under the guise of doing research for our new gin and tonic jelly, the favourite so far is Rhubarb and Ginger. John has perfected his stunning strawberry panna cotta and is looking for a gorgeous chocolate based “something sweet” to complete a dessert trio with the jelly and the panna cotta.
