John

John’s passion for food started way back when he worked in the money markets overseas & client entertainment was high on the agenda. Selecting the best places to eat became a personal mission. After returning to the UK & leaving the financial world behind, Johns interest in food led him to work in several kitchens, eventually helping a friend who had set up his own catering company. After being on board for 10 years, the idea of starting up Millstream Catering was born out of a desire to create an exceptional experience for clients for any occasion.

Sarah

Catering has been in Sarah’s blood from her late teens when she decided on the hospitality trade as a chosen career. After many years working in hotel reception & management, Sarah moved into the business sector but missed the catering world, so when the opportunity arose in 2006 to jump back in, she took it & hasn’t looked back. After working with several private caterers she moved to a fledgling catering company where she ran the Front of House for 10 years. With her passion for food & wanting to provide the very best experience for clients it was inevitable that Sarah would become a very important part of Millstream Catering.

Kelly

Kelly has been an important part of the front of house function team for many years but she has been making delicious and beautifully decorated cakes for much longer so it was a simple decision to ask her to become part of the extended Millstream family. Kelly & her husband Terry have always enjoyed hosting their own, very successful, themed parties so we are exceptionally pleased to be able to offer our clients this unique service. Their imaginative ideas for party themes have wowed family & friends for years. The pinnacle so far was using their biennial Halloween party to raise over £900 for Essex & Herts Air Ambulance in 2017.
