John’s passion for food started way back when he worked in the money markets overseas & client entertainment was high on the agenda. Selecting the best places to eat became a personal mission. After returning to the UK & leaving the financial world behind, Johns interest in food led him to work in several kitchens, eventually helping a friend who had set up his own catering company. After being on board for 10 years, the idea of starting up Millstream Catering was born out of a desire to create an exceptional experience for clients for any occasion.
